What is the Marketplace

The Marketplace allows you to purchase credit reports, SMS and Letters as you need them

Credit report

You can purchase single credit reports to pull a new credit report on a UK Business or get an updated credit report. Credit reports are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Here is how you can pull a credit report

SMS

You can purchase bundles of SMS to send in your automated schedule or to send manually based on your templates. 

Those SMS reminders can only be sent to your customers if you have provided a mobile number in the mobile number field in your accountancy package.

Letters

You can purchase bundles of Letters to send in your automated schedule, or to send manually. 

The letters generated by the platform will use the templates that you have set and be sent on a daily basis at 3pm (UK time). 

Know-it is using a mailing house to print the reminder. Based on your Chase-it > Settings, the invoice and statement will also be printed and attached to the reminder and sent via the post. 

You will be able to set up your contact details that will be printed on the envelope in Chase-it > Settings
