How to send manual reminders

Available in all our packages: in Free Trial, Free Plan, Full Subscription and Add-ons Check-it or Chase-it.

Know-it allows you to set up automated reminders to help you systematically remind your customers of their outstanding invoices. 

You can also send manual reminders as/when you want to. Manual reminders can only be sent on an invoice-per-invoice basis. 

1. Via the Invoice page

• Go to Chase-it > Invoices
• Search for your customer or invoice in the search bar
• Click on 'Send now'
• Select your Email, Letter or SMS template
• You can then preview the message and send it to your customer

1. Via the Customer page

• You can click on a company name anywhere in the platform, or go to My Companies and search for your customer
• Go to the 'Invoices' tab
• Click on 'Send now'
• Select your Email, Letter or SMS template 
• You can then preview the message and send it to your customer
