Available in Free Trial, Free Plan, Full Subscription and Add-ons Check-it or Chase-it.
Know-it will give you an overview of all the reminders (Email, SMS and Letters) that have been sent on your behalf. If your reminders fail to send, the platform will automatically send you an email to let you know which reminders fail to send, and why.
Different ways you can get this overview:
1. Via the in-app Outbox (Email, SMS and Letters)
History of reminders sent:
This will give you an overview of all Emails, SMS and Letters sent on your behalf up until the past 2 months. The platform will also show you which reminders failed to send, and for what reason.
Reminders scheduled to be sent for the current week:
You will also be able to see the before-due reminders and overdue reminders scheduled to be sent for the current week. If the invoice gets paid in the meantime, the reminder will automatically delete itself.
Failed reminders:
If your reminders fail to send, the platform will automatically send you an email to let you know which reminders fail to send, and why. To see how to manage failed reminders, click here
You can view all those details via Chase-it > Outbox
2. Via the Main Dashboard (Email, SMS, Letters)
The dashboard will give you an overview of all Emails, SMS and Letters sent on your behalf over a selected period. You can easily select the period you want to look at and view the calendar on the top right-hand corner of the screen
You will then be able to view the reminder sent under the Chase-it section:
You can click on 'More info' to view more details - customer name, type of reminder and date of reminder
3. Via the history of the invoice (Email, SMS and Letters)
Each invoice will hold the history of reminders (Email, SMS and Letters) and expected payment/missed payment
You can view those details via Chase-it > Invoice > Select an invoice ID
4. Via your own outbox (Email)
Only available if you have connected your mailbox. View here how to connect your mailbox
You will be able every email reminder sent from the platform on your behalf directly in your own inbox
