How to re-authenticate your mailbox (O365/Gmail)

Re-Authenticating your mailbox

If you change your O365/Gmail password or change security settings, Know-it will automatically ask you to re-authenticate your mailbox to keep using it to send reminders. 

You will receive an email to let you know that your mailbox needs re-authenticated 

• To do so, go to Chase-it > Settings > 'Connect' using O365 or Gmail 

Until you re-authenticate your mailbox or choose to send reminders from our [e-mail] email address, your reminders won't be sent to your customers. 

Know-it will show you the following error message when trying to send reminders 'Invalid Chase email settings email'
