How to manage ledger access

Available in all our packages from admin user: in Free Trial, Free Plan, Full Subscription and Add-ons Check-it or Chase-it.

💡 You need to be an admin user to be able to add users and give ledger access. 

Whether you have one ledger connected, or multiple ledgers connected you can choose which user has access to which ledger. 

1. Manage ledger access via each user

When adding a new user, you can immediately decide which ledger(s) this new user can access. 

If you want to manage the ledger access of an existing user, you can go to:

• My Subscription > User > ... > Edit User

 

2. Manage ledger access via ledger integration

To get an overview of all the users who have access to a specific ledger go to: 

• My Integrations > ... > Manage access

You can: 

• Edit each user's access via the drop-down
• Remove access for certain users by clicking on remove access (this will not delete the user)
• Grant ledger access to existing users on your account via 'Add user'
