You can manage the notifications you receive from the platform for each user.
1. Email notifications
1.1 What email notifications will you receive from the platform?
- Gazette notices
- Companies House updates
- Monitoring updates
- Unsecured creditors alerts
- Missed/Expected payment dates
- Overview of Chase-it reminders to be sent
- Overview of Chase-it reminders that failed to send
- Weekly overview of invoices overdue for 90+ days
- Collect-it updates
1.2 Managing email notifications as an admin
As an admin user, you can edit the rights to receive email notifications for every users on the account.
You can manage this when adding a new user or or for an existing user via
- My Subscription > Users
- Click '...' next to the user name > Select the google 'Receive email' next to the chosen ledger
1.3 Managing email notifications as a user
As a user, you can edit your own rights to receive email notifications from the platform.
You can manage the email notification via My Account > Account details > Receive emails
2. Platform notifications
You will be able to view the notifications in-app via the little bell on the top right-hand corner of the screen
You can clear all notifications or alerts via the 'Clear all notifications' or 'Clear' notification per notification
