In Know-it, expected payment dates allow you to keep track of exchanges you've had with customers, see who is paying you at the agreed time, and who is missing their expected payment date.
This will help you keep an eye on expected cashflow, and easily round up customers that need extra chasing.
1. How do I fill in the expected payment dates?
- Go to Chase-it > Invoices
- Click on the invoice ID
- Click on 'Add Expected Payments'
- Once you've saved a date, the expected payment will show on the invoice timeline
2. How does an expected payment date impact my automated reminders?
When setting up an expected payment date on an invoice, this will automatically pause the automated reminders on that specific invoice.
If your customer misses the expected payment date you will receive an alert from the platform, and depending on your Chase-it schedule, the invoice will start receiving reminders again. View here how to manage your Chase-it schedule.
3. Where can I see expected/missed payments?
