How to update my user details

Available for all users in all packages: Free Trial, Free Plan, Full Subscription, Check-it and Chase-it

You can easily update your user details via My Account > Account details 

💡 For users with different accounts/ledger access: Those details will be updated throughout the different accounts and ledger that you manage. 

1. What details can you update? 

• Email address
• First name
• Last name
• Phone number
• Email notification

2. Update your email address

• Update your email address
• Click on 'Save'

The platform will automatically log you out and ask you to log back in with your new email address and the same password

3. Update your name

• Update your name
• Click on 'Save'

4. Choose to receive or not receive email notifications

You can if you want the platform to send you email notifications or not. To view the different types of notifications you will receive from the platform, click here.
