No problem, Know-it can help you streamline the credit control process of those different ledgers in one place!
💡 When getting started with Know-it, you automatically get 1 ledger licence included in all our plans.
1. Adding an additional ledger
- Go to the Marketplace > Additional ledger > Checkout
Once you've purchased your extra ledger licence:
- Go to My integrations
You will be able to see your extra license available
- Click on 'Add ledger' and connect your ledger

2. Switching between different ledgers
Once you've added a new ledger, a new tab will appear on the top left-hand corner 'Overview'
This overview tab will allow you to view the different ledgers in your account/ledgers you have access to
- Click on 'Set active' to select the ledger you want to view
You will be able to view in the top right-hand corner the name of your account (name in black), and the name of the ledger you are working on (name in blue)
3. Features
The additional ledger that you purchase will have access to the same features as your initial ledger.
For example: if your initial ledger has a full subscription, your additional ledger will have access to the full subscription as well.
💡 All your ledgers will be sharing the same templates, so we recommend you name your templates if you want to assign them to specific ledgers.
