How to manage your subscription

If you have decided to change your plan subscription to a monthly subscription or pay as you go, it’s easy to do and change at any time (it really is no commitment!).

1. From Free Trial to Full Subscription

1. Go the My Subscription
2. Select the Subscription tab
3. Select 'Upgrade-it'
   

4. You can then personalise your package and upgrade your licence

2. From Free Trial to Check-it or Chase-it 

• Go to the Marketplace  

• Select the Check-it or Chase-it add-on by clicking on 'Add to Basket' 

• Click on 'Checkout'. Here you'll get an overview of what's payable now, and what your recurring bill will look like. 

  
  

3. From Full Subscription to Check-it or Chase-it 

1. Go to My Subscription
2. Select the Subscription tab

3. Click on 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the screen

💡 Make sure to do this at least 24 hours before the renewal of your subscription to make sure your Chase-it reminders do not get deactivated if moving to Chase-it only. 

You can then purchase the add-on Check-it or Chase-it only directly via the Marketplace

• Go to the Marketplace 

• Select the Check-it or Chase-it add-on by clicking on 'Add to basket'

• Click on 'Checkout'. Here you'll get an overview of what's payable now, and what your recurring bill will look like. 
  

  

4. From Check-it or Chase-it to a Full Subscription

1. Go to 'My Subscription'
2. Select the Subscription tab
3. Select 'Upgrade it'

💡 Once the upgrade is complete, this will automatically switch from add-ons to Full Subscription. It will not turn off your reminders. 

• You can then personalise your package and upgrade your licence

4. Cancel your Check-it or Chase-it

Reach out to our support team via ticket or by emailing [e-mail] to let them know you would like to cancel your Check-it or Chase-it subscription.
