A: At the end of your free trial, unless you subscribe (full subscription or add-ons. View here how to upgrade/manage your subscription), you'll automatically be moved to our Free Plan.

Moving to the Free Plan means your Chase-it automated schedule will be turned off and any additional ledger without ledger licences will be removed.
Q: What can I access with Know-it’s free 30-day trial?
When you sign up for the free 30-day trial of Know-it you can access all features of the platform.
As part of the free trial, you will receive 1 free company credit and 10 Chase-it SMS reminders with the option to purchase more if necessary.

Q: Do I need to use each feature of Know-it?
Know-it is designed to be flexible and work around you and your business. You can use Check-it, Chase-it, and Collect-it independently.
We recommend combining those features to get a robust and streamlined credit control process, but each feature works independently.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A:
> To cancel your add-on Check-it or Chase-it, please reach out to our support team here or via email to support@know-it.co.uk, at least 1 week before renewal.
If you reach out less than a week before renewal, we can not guarantee the cancellation of your subscription before the renewal date.
> To cancel your full subscription: Go to My Subscription > Subscription > Cancel subscription
Q: Who can cancel the subscription?
A: Only the main admin user can request the cancellation of the subscription.
Q: What payment types does Know-it accept?
A: We accept Visa/Visa Electron/ MasterCard /Maestro. We currently do not accept American Express.
Q: Where can I see my subscription details?
A: Go to My Subscription> Subscription. Here you will find all your subscription details. You'll be able to view your current subscription plan, what's included in your plan and your next renewal date.
Q: Where can I find my invoice(s)?
A: Your invoices are under My Subscription > Billing > View Invoice.
The main admin user will also receive the invoices directly in his email box.
Q: Can I pay month-to-month?
A: Yes, you absolutely can! You can either go for a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription. See here our pricing page to know more.
Q: What are my card details used for?
A: You can add/edit your card details in My Subscription > Billing > Add/Update card details
This card will be used for:
- Full subscription renewal
- Add-on (Check-it or Chase-it) renewal
- Ledger licence renewal
For Marketplace purchases (credit reports, letters and SMS) you and other users on your account will have to enter card details for every new purchase
