How to add a user

Available in all our packages: in Free Trial, Free Plan, Full Subscription and Add-ons Check-it or Chase-it.

The more the merrier! You can add other users to the platform for free. 

• Go to ‘My Subscription’ – on the menu on the left.

• Go to the ‘Users’ tab

• Select  ‘Add user’ and enter the new user's details, their user role, and give them ledger access.

• This new user will now receive an invite to set up their password and be able to access Know-it!
